Click on the address book button 2. Booking for meeting rooms is now done in outlook 2010 hosted on microsoft exchange 2010. Go to settings and click calendar.
However not all meeting rooms can be booked through outlook owa. Then you can switch rooms and or times until you find one that works for you. Or select to then double.
