Double booking of rooms in office365 we didn t find one that would work for us.
Office 365 allow double booking. I am sent the invite and can accept and then two events show in that calendar both for the same. Or can we have the room reject our booking. It appears when i select a different time but it won t allow me to double book it.

If i was to book the meeting room via outlook it would have notified me via email that the room is already booked an not allow double booking. Ms booking seems to be letting us double book this room. And yet when i try to book a room a 2nd time for the same date and time the room disappears from the list when setting the location of the meeting.
