Vrbo accepted this and my review was posted for about 3 weeks.

Booking through vrbo reviews. Numerous phone calls with multiple customer service reps in different departments literally totalling close to six hours on the phone with little to no result. Vrbo has a consumer rating of 1 27 stars from 1 383 reviews indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Booking through vrbo is an option for guests to choose and for owners to accept.

My review simply said that the only properties available when the owner cancelled on us were 1 900 night and up. Vrbo ranks 76th among vacation rentals sites. Consumers complaining about vrbo most frequently mention customer service credit card and property owner problems.

Curious as we are we signed up and kicked off our first hand review of vrbo. Vrbo in spite of a book with confidence guarantee was not very helpful in trying to accommodate us with a new reservation. Nobody paid us to write these lines.

Personally i think she should have been refunded the total amount if it was that different than the listing. On the 17th of january 2020 we started testing vrbo. We wanted to see what the competition of airbnb holds.

Over a year ago a guest booked one of my homes through vrbo for their stay in february and march of 2021. Myself i always look for rentals that have several positive reviews and have never been disappointed. She contacted vrbo and was refunded all but the booking fee whatever that was.
